Hualiteq Inc., Ltd. was founded in 1982. In the early days, it focused on the introduction of bank bill automation systems. Although resources were limited at the time, we still stepped into the Taiwanese financial market with steady steps, acting as an agent for Japanese automation equipment, gradually gaining the trust and support of the industry, and bringing innovations in operational efficiency to the financial industry.
As market demands continue to evolve, Hualiteq Inc. continues to expand into the field of video integration solutions, while investing in corporate transformation and actively cultivating software development and technical talents. In 2013, we extended our service reach to customer contact center software solutions, officially moving from hardware integration to software services, providing more comprehensive and flexible solutions.
Since 2014, we have been deeply planning the customer contact center software market and looking forward to the development trend of AI. In 2019,Hualiteq launched AI voice and text robot services to help companies embrace the era of intelligent services and enhance customer interaction experience.
In 2025, Hualiteq will integrate group resources and join hands with international brands such as Crestron, Sony, and Nureva to further enter the field of professional audio-visual (Pro AV) and automation control, helping enterprises and educational institutions to create smart conferences, intelligent teaching, and green energy-saving spaces. We actively introduce ESG concepts, combine automatic control and energy-saving equipment design, and help customers reduce carbon emissions and move towards sustainable operations.
Currently, Hualiteq has offices in Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung, with more than 90 professionals.
