Taiwan's First Fully Wireless Audio-Visual Setup in a 10m x 10m Conference Room
Client Achievement Highlights:
- For the first time in Taiwan, a 10m x 10m conference room accommodating 20-30 participants was equipped with a completely wireless audio system. Without the need for handheld or gooseneck microphones, attendees could clearly hear speakers from anywhere in the room without being affected by background noise, while achieving a subtle amplification effect.
- The conference room utilized hp poly X series all-in-one devices (video camera, speakers, and microphones) for video conferencing. To enhance audio quality, the client added hp poly extension microphones, ensuring seamless communication.
- IT personnel managed the conferencing equipment easily through the hp poly Lens cloud management system, which allowed for real-time monitoring, system updates, and important notifications.
Project Background and Client Requirements:
Hualiteq’s project manager, together with long-term reseller partners, handled on-site planning, including needs assessments, site surveys, inventory checks of existing equipment, integration tests with new devices, and finalizing the setup—a process spanning approximately two months.
Client Requirements:
．Large Conference Room: The fixed seating arrangement could not be altered, and the client required wireless audio for participants to clearly hear speakers regardless of their location.
．Medium-to-Large Conference Rooms (9 rooms):Minimal cabling was essential. The client wanted integrated audio-visual solutions with easy-to-manage systems. The new equipment also needed to be compatible with existing devices.
