This year's theme is "2026 Huahou Smart Audio-Visual Evolution, featuring the theme " ," inviting manufacturer representatives and industry experts to comprehensively analyze the latest developments and application trends in the smart AV market, ranging from collaborative meetings, professional audio-visual, and acoustic technology to the latest display solutions.
There were also walking experiences and micro-amplified live demos on-site, allowing distribution partners to understand the practical applications of smart AV solutions in enterprise, education, and various commercial fields through hands-on experience. This helps partners master product advantages and market development directions, enhancing their promotion capabilities and confidence in cooperation.
First Half｜Next-Gen Meeting Solutions and Enterprise Collaboration Spaces
The first half of the event focuses on corporate collaboration and smart meeting applications, with vendor representatives from HP Poly and Crestron presenting their latest solutions.
First, Jack Lin, Sales Associate Director of the HP Poly Taiwan Business Sales Group, shared the enterprise collaboration space trends for 2026 and Poly's latest video conferencing solutions, introducing how to achieve a meeting experience defined by "clear visibility, crisp audio, manageable control, and long-lasting durability" through high-quality audiovisual equipment.
Next, Lawrence Chen, representative of Crestron Taiwan, will share the new generation of collaborative meeting solutions, specifically how AI technology is applied in smart meeting rooms and video collaboration systems to provide powerful computing capabilities for modern collaborative spaces.
Second Half｜Acoustic and Display Technologies for a Complete Audio-Visual Experience
The second half of the event mainly focused on acoustic and display technology applications.
First, Wilson Hsu, a representative from the commercial audio system integration brand Electro-Voice, shared the application planning of commercial audio systems in conference spaces and various venues. Through multiple practical cases, he provided an in-depth analysis of the importance of acoustic design and configuration recommendations for different spaces.
Next, Bacon Ma, Sales Director of the Enterprise Business Division at Samsung Taiwan, shared the latest display technologies, introducing Samsung LED Video Wall and E-Paper solutions. He analyzed the advantages of E-Paper in energy saving, information display, and commercial applications, while sharing various application scenarios. Samsung E-Paper devices were also showcased on-site, allowing channel partners to experience the product features up close. The event's directional signage also utilized Samsung E-Paper, fully demonstrating its practical application results.
Microphone array live demo, creating the ultimate acoustic experience for high-end conference rooms
The final sharing session of the event featured a live demonstration titled "Enterprise High-End Conference Room Micro-Amplification and Wireless Solutions" presented by Chiang Chih-hsien, Manager of the Engineering Department of the Multimedia Communications Division at Huahou.
The venue features Yealink ceiling microphones paired with high-end brand equipment such as Bose and Electro-Voice surrounding the entire meeting space. This fully demonstrates the acoustic configuration and practical effects of a high-quality micro-sound reinforcement system, allowing dealer partners to personally experience the irreplaceable advantages of high-end meeting spaces in audio pickup, sound reinforcement, and wireless integration.
Create four smart audio-visual zones to provide a mobile experience
To help distribution partners gain a deeper understanding of smart audiovisual solutions, four major smart AV experience zones were set up on-site. In addition to showcasing integrated solutions and products from long-term partners HP Poly, Crestreon, SONY, Samsung, and EPOS, the event also specially introduced Bosch conference systems—a newly joined brand at Huahou—alongside Yealink remote collaboration video solutions and Axtel, a Polish-origin, European-manufactured audio brand. Featuring guided mobile interactions throughout and built around the three core pillars of "sharing, demonstration, and experience," the event created a zero-distance, immersive experiential environment.
