The OMNEO IP architecture supports Dante and AES67 standards for networked audio transmission, and the company features Europe's largest professional audio testing and monitoring room.

Dynacord was founded in 1947 by Werner Pinternagel in Straubing, Germany, where its headquarters still remain today. The brand was part of Bosch for nearly 20 years before becoming independent in July 2025, joining the KEENFINITY Group (whose sister brands include Electro-Voice, RTS, and Telex). KEENFINITY has over 4,200 employees globally, with a group revenue of approximately €1 billion for the 2024 fiscal year.
